The accommodation had a central location to more than one pub that is open later than midnight. The room we had included air conditioning and tea, coffee.

Hotel was modern, I greatly enjoyed the stay.
The location was favourable as for me, just off the center of town, Bristol, Bath, Southampton and Portsmouth and the Pizza Express which is in part of the building, again friendly and welcoming staff. Found Mill Lake, it's within a close distance from the hotel.
